CUSTOMERS
Relationships with a memory.
Keep customer details, notes, and activity together. Open a record and pick up the conversation with the right context.
A CLEARER WAY TO WORK
Customers, projects, tasks, and inventory.
One connected workspace. A lot less to keep in your head.
ONE PLATFORM. THE FULL PICTURE.
Not another list to manage. A workspace that keeps the people, work, and resources behind your business together.
CUSTOMERS
Keep customer details, notes, and activity together. Open a record and pick up the conversation with the right context.
PROJECTS & TASKS
Connect projects to customers, assign the next task, and track progress. See what is moving, what is due, and what needs your attention.
INVENTORY
Organize products and assets with configurable models. Follow stock movements, reserve items for work, and understand the value you hold.
OFFERS & REPORTS
Build customer offers and follow their status. Review budgets, realized revenue, and inventory costs without confusing potential business with completed sales.
INVENTORY THAT FITS THE WORK
Not everything you manage sits on a shelf. Choose how each inventory model handles fulfillment.
For physical items
Parts, supplies, or equipment whose quantities matter. Keep stock balances and movements connected to the work.
For non-stock records
Services, licenses, and other catalog entries that do not need a physical stock balance. Use them as non-stock cost sources.
For mixed workflows
A model that supports both stock-tracked and catalog-only flows, for work that needs physical resources and non-stock entries.
Model fulfillment and company financial operation mode are separate settings. A company can work in inventory-only, service-only, or hybrid mode. That company-wide setting determines which model flows are available; hybrid company mode allows all three model types.
THE CONNECTION IS THE DIFFERENCE
Explore the same sample records from five angles. The customer, offer, project, tasks, and inventory are connected, not five separate lists.
Customer record / sample workspace
CUST-FIELDWORKFieldwork Co. keeps its identity as work moves between modules. The customer link provides context for related offers and projects.
Illustrative workflow using synthetic records. Links and offer-to-project actions are chosen by users with the appropriate permissions; this is not an automatic end-to-end process.
BRING THE DATA. KEEP THE CONNECTIONS.
Import is more than copying rows. Match columns, review validation, and connect a project to the right customer using a unique key such as CUST-FIELDWORK.
Choose a supported CSV or Excel file and the record type. This example imports projects after their customers already exist.
Recommended order: customers, then projects, then tasks. Inventory can link to an existing customer or project using the supported relation fields.
Product UI with sample data. No file is uploaded, no record is created, and nothing is saved by this walkthrough.

Available in the main CRM: customer, project, task, and inventory imports for supported fields. Offers are not imported by this wizard. Bulk imports and file uploads remain disabled in the public demo.
THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Useful tools are only half the picture. Keep your company context, access, and history in order, too.
Switch between the companies you belong to, with records and membership scoped to each workspace.
Give your team the permissions they need. Account security and MFA help protect access.
Review audit records and activity. Trace inventory movements instead of guessing how a balance changed.
Use supported CSV and Excel imports, configurable fields, and inventory models to organize your existing records.
DON'T JUST READ ABOUT IT
Open your own private demo. Meet the sample customers, explore a project, and follow the inventory. Click around. It is yours to try.
30-minute session. Sample data. Automatically cleaned up.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Less uncertainty.
More room to explore.
Customers, projects, tasks, offers, and inventory live in one company workspace. Reports and activity history help you understand how that work connects, while roles control what each team member can access.
Yes. The interactive demo creates a private workspace with sample records for 30 minutes. No account registration is required. It is separate from the main CRM, so you can explore without changing a real company workspace.
Changes stay in your own temporary demo workspace. Access ends when you sign out or the 30-minute session expires. A background cleanup runs every five minutes to remove ended or expired demo data. Use fictional information only.
The main CRM includes CSV and Excel import workflows, with mapping and validation for supported record types. Bulk imports and file uploads are disabled in the demo to keep temporary workspaces bounded.
Yes. You can switch between the company workspaces you belong to. Each company has its own records and member permissions; company ownership does not grant access to platform-wide administration.
ONE COMPANY. ONE CONNECTED WORKSPACE.
Monthly USD pricing per company. Each workspace has its own subscription. The owner counts as a member.
Billing is not activated. These are the planned launch prices; no payment is collected.
A connected workspace for a small team.
The same connected tools, with room for more people.
For teams whose requirements need a separate agreement.
Both monthly plans include the same core modules, subject to company permissions and enabled modules. No unlimited storage, integrations, or support SLA is promised.
